Hello, I'm Julie. I have a master's degree in Lifestyle Health Sciences and Coaching from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell, and I'm a certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches.
I am the founder of Julie Davis Coaching, LLC, and I offer an online program, group coaching, and 1:1 coaching to women over 40 who want to achieve a healthy, ideal weight with a plant-based diet. My program is a combination of culinary instruction, plant-based eating, and behavior change coaching.
My first career was as a systems engineer, which taught me to always consider the big picture, and I bring this to my coaching by recognizing that we must look at someone's whole environment when coaching them on behavior change.
